At Avoli, we stand by the performance and quality of our athletic gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Gear
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
